lovely stay with amazing views
included breakfast well-equipped kitchen
The location provided great access. the included breakfast items made the mornings easier. the bathtub offered a relaxing experience after long days, it helped me unwind. i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything i needed.
New amenities were not always replaced. this required me to request items and disrupted the overall experience slightly.

the hotel is situated close to the centre. it's about a ten-minute walk, a comfortable distance for accessing city amenities. the views of the lake and surrounding mountains were definitely great.

the staff was lovely and always happy to assist with any requests. when a lightbulb went out in my bathroom, it was fixed within five minutes, this was excellent. the prompt attention was welcome!

wonderful stay with magical views
helpful staff excellent location airport pickup
the reception staff were helpful. the apartment was serviced each day, lovely. the location was excellent for tour pickups and airport transfers. we found local bus services to frankton and arrowtown super.
i noticed the room seemed a bit smaller than expected. i also didn't have a view which was a surprise.

a really good stay
cooking utensils cozy fireplace netflix access
i really liked how i could watch netflix in both the bedroom and living room. the fireplace and heat pump kept the place very COMFORTABLE. having all the necessary cooking utensils available in the kitchen made meal prep easy.
sound from the nearby road was a slight disturbance, particularly noticeable at night.

wonderful apartment stay
spacious apartment amazing view
The apartment was spacious. it had amazing views of the lake and snow covered mountains. the kitchen was fully functional, and the washing machine and dryer were very convenient. it was a quick walk into town and a short drive to the supermarket. This made it easy to get supplies.
i found a constant strange smell in my room, a lower-level room. i needed to keep the windows open to get rid of the smell. this was a bit of an inconvenience , but it was manageable.
